About

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a specialized massage technique developed by Dr. Emil Vodder in the 1930s. It uses very light, rhythmic strokes to stimulate the flow of lymph through the lymphatic system, helping to reduce swelling, remove toxins, and support immune function.

MLD is used medically in the treatment of lymphedema following cancer treatment, as well as for general wellness and detoxification.

Benefits

Lymphatic drainage massage reduces lymphedema and oedema, supports post-surgical recovery by reducing swelling and bruising, enhances immune function, aids detoxification, reduces cellulite appearance, alleviates chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia symptoms, and promotes deep relaxation of the nervous system.
