About

Osteopathy is a drug-free, non-invasive manual therapy that focuses on total body health by treating and strengthening the musculoskeletal framework. Developed by Andrew Taylor Still in the 1870s, osteopathy is based on the principle that the body's structure and function are interrelated and that the body has an inherent capacity for self-healing.

Osteopathic practitioners use a wide range of gentle hands-on techniques including soft tissue work, joint mobilization, and spinal manipulation.

Benefits

Osteopathy effectively treats back, neck, and joint pain, sports injuries, and postural problems. It relieves tension headaches, supports recovery during pregnancy and postpartum, improves circulation and lymphatic drainage, reduces stress, and enhances overall musculoskeletal function and mobility.
